Are you interested in referring clients who are looking to immigrate to Canada and earning a commission for each successful referral? If so, then we invite you to become an agent for our immigration consultant company. As an agent, you will act as a referral salesperson for our company and will not be treated as an employee of the company for tax purposes. You will be required to act in accordance with the ethical rules of conduct as an RSTM independent contractor in any industry the company is involved in.

As our agent, you will not represent, consult or advise any client about immigration to Canada for a fee or free. You will not commit and/or promise or guarantee results. You will also not work as an agent for another RCIC or Immigration Lawyer. We want to make sure that you represent our company professionally and ethically.

All local advertisements and printed materials must be approved by the company and to be paid by the agent. We want to make sure that all marketing materials are consistent with our brand image and messaging.

It's important to note that the company shall not be liable to the agent for any expenses incurred by the agent, nor shall the agent have the authority to bind the company by any promise or representations, unless specifically authorized in advance and in writing by the company. The agent agrees to pay all costs and expenses incurred by the company in defending or satisfying any claim or judgment assessed against the company arising from any claims, complaints or litigation which arise against the company directly due to the activities of the agent.

As an agent, you also agree to maintain confidentiality with respect to the business or affairs of the company, including without limitation client property and client records. You will not disclose any confidential information to anyone unless it's necessary to perform your services under this agreement. These obligations of confidentiality will survive the expiry or termination of this agreement.

Finally, we want to avoid any conflicts of interest that may arise between the agent, the company, and clients. If a conflict of interest arises, we will bring it to each other's attention and agree on a course of action to remedy the situation. Failure to decide upon a course of action may result in the termination of this agreement by either party.
